Spice up your fused glass donuts with mica waterslide decals before fusing. These are cut from large heavy bottles and are perfect as bangle bracelets.
Both bangle bracelets AND DIY mica decals will be featured in the online jewelry class next week.
This week and next week are very exciting around the studio, I'm prepping for an other online class next week, and making so many sparkly and shiny new jewelry pieces!
Monday - Wed, March 27-29, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. MDT
One of the topics that we will be covering in class is how to make your own Mica water slide decals, just like the ones shown above, right in your own studio.
I hope you'll join us, it's free to watch the live streaming. You don't have to be registered to watch, but registered participants are eligible for the prize

Recycled Glass Jewelry - Online
Watch the live broadcast for free, and available for streaming later for a small fee.
Learn to make all sorts of recycled glass jewelry with Jodi. We'll begin by learning how to make recycled glass kiln formed beads and focal pieces using fusing, casting
and other techniques. To add to the fun, we'll be using bottle glass, window glass, glass dishes and plates, and the occasional broken vintage piece that is just too pretty to throw away! After we've made a variety of glass pieces, we'll create a variety of projects using premade findings, and then moving on to creating your own findings using recycled materials and clever hardware hacks.
