My favorite way to cut bottles is with a tile saw, hands down. But, sometimes the saw isn't feasible, and I need to cut a bottle the low tech way.
I simply clamp the cutter to my workbench with the wheel side up, and roll the bottle against the cutting wheel. Quick, easy and inexpensive!
