Hello !
One of the great traditions of our country that we don't think a lot about is Jury Duty. I spent a week serving on a jury last week, and it was fascinating to see the process from the inside!
Which brings me to my next point. Sometimes we forget that there is a HUGE glass industry out there that has nothing to do with art.
When I got frustrated with my wimpy art glass running pliers, I visited my local glazier shop and the owner very nicely gave me a tour and showed me the tools that the glass pros use. And there are some luscious tools, let me tell you!
These running pliers are the same ones the guys at Sugarhouse Glass use, and they are awesome. The jaws swivel and the handles are long enough for great leverage.
Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Every cent!
Don't forget, you may have glass pros just down the street from you, and they know a LOT, and are sometimes even happy to share.

Thanks so much for reading. If you have a recycled glass question, I'd love to help with it!
